In the event that you wish to return a Kent Blaxill product a refund will only be considered upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase. Items bought from stock which are returned must be in a sale-able condition and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge.
Paint once mixed to a customer's specification cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you are a consumer (as defined by the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulations 2002) we recognise that you may have additional rights under statute and confirm your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
