Delivery is FREE for all Trade Customers who hold an account with us.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect provides you with the convenience of collecting your order from any one of our branches across the East of England and the Midlands, within 3 hours of you placing an order.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an emailed Order confirmation and your selected branch will contact you to let you know when your items can be ready for collection. Please do not arrive without having received our confirmation call.
- Order by 2:00pm on a working day (Mon-Fri) and collect your order on the same day
- Order after 2:00pm and collect your order the next working day
- Order between 2:00pm - 4:00pm on a Friday and collect your order on Saturday am
- All branches are closed on Sunday
If you wish to collect your items from a branch different to that shown, either click the drop down and select a branch or click ‘Change Branch’ which will allow you to enter a postcode to show which branch is closest to you. You can use the Branch Locator map to make your choice.
When you arrive, please head to our tills in store and bring a copy of your order confirmation on your phone or printed out as proof of purchase and one form of ID as proof of address. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, it can be done at this stage.
